The Management team at BERGEN has placed full customer satisfaction in all regards and compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards at the centre of its goals.
We do this in full compliance with the applicable requirements defined in contracts, with the dispositions of the law, and with the principles of loyalty, manners and professional ethics.
To meet these goals, BERGEN plans on leading its own operations in accordance with the standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 22716:2008 as well as the dispositions of the certifying body.
BERGEN commits to working in accordance with applicable legislation and the dispositions set out by supervisory bodies (NAS [Commodities and Health Unit of the Italian Carabinieri], ARPA [Italian Regional Environmental Protection Agency], NOE [Ecological Operational Unit of the Italian Carabinieri], etc…).

Furthermore, BERGEN remains in close contact with all our staff who, committed to their roles and aware of how they contribute to our activities, will be able to guarantee real and effective development of the Quality Management System. To this end, we support teamwork and communication and count on qualified and responsible personnel to ensure appropriate and timely responses to all customer needs.
BERGEN commits to its staff being impartial, competent and honest. Our staff commits to behaving impartially and respecting the notion of industrial secrecy right from the day they sign on and begin the initial phase of our collaboration.

BERGEN has formalised these rules in writing in its Quality Manual which is used as a reference standard for organisational, procedural and operational purposes.
This Policy is reviewed at least annually, at the same time as improvement objectives are given as part of the Management Review.
